Put an exotic name on them and sell hunts. Make a few bucks plus get rid of them.

For as donkey jokes go I've got a bunch of them, and it is funny to drive up to lease and have three donkeys come running out the woods acting like they're glad to see you.But what's not funny is all the rules they have and none of them will work. All they really are,is past the problem down the road rules. All I wanted to do, was the right thing, now we all know what will happen between now hunting season.(hey my the way, any of yall hear about the donkey and the duck)

A few years ago I had a goat problem. They (8 of them) ate all the corn at all my feeders. I finally found out who owned them and told him to catch them and keep them. He said that he couldn't catch them, so I suggested that we do a Consignment arrangement. I'd pay him 35 dollars for each goat I caught, but no money till I caught them, one goat at a time. He agreed and I got my 220 Swift and went goat hunting. A year or so later, here came the donkeys and they were as bad as the goats. Honestly, I didn't want to shoot the donkeys, but I told everyone in the surrounding area that I was going to shoot them. They believed me, so some of the kind hearted locals caught the donkeys and sold them to a fellow 150 miles from here. Otherwise, sooner or later I'd have shot the donkeys. One at a time, so as not to overwork the buzzards.

As an aside, I'll mention that my wife was totally against my shooting any goats, until they ate all her yard plants and some very expensive small trees that she had personally planted. After that, it was "Find em, shoot em".

don't worry about burying, they won't stink long and you can shoot yotes off of them

or if you are in to it, I guess you could eat them, I would imagine they taste similar to zebra, which I hear is excellent meat

And they are very loud. One is on our property to keep coyotees form cows and that donky will make some noises when daylight breaks... I wanted to go break its neck a few times

If I put my wife in a high fence will her rack get bigger?

I have heard that they will run off wild hogs. You may want to build some fences around your feeders and see if that actually works. Or, rent a backhoe.

If SCI can score a zebra why not a donkey?

All of these are people problems, not goat, not donkey problems. People just need to make the comittment to take care of what they own. Think before you act.

If you have a problem and there seems no good way to solve it. ONE- you do not put it out where everyone knows about it. TWO- you solve the problem. THREE- you do not tell anyone you ever had the problem.

I have learned through my many years on this Earth, that simple is better.

Our neighbors down below us have two donkeys that run around on their low-fenced area. I have witnessed them chase deer away, then the deer came running back up to them like they wanted to play, then the donkeys would chase them again. I swear deer like to run around and play chase...Funny to see that firsthand. They will run stuff off though. Neighbors didn't shut the gate one time and they got on our place. I have pics of them at my feeder. They eat a LOT.

we have a jennny donkey on our HF personal ranch and she will chase and try to kill any dog or yote in her sight but the deer and her get along just fine and never seemed to have any issues.
