Damn soak the corn in water and beer throw some yeast in there in a 55 gallon drum in your backyard put the lid on. If you gag and throw up its ready. Trust me pigs will go nuts and nothing else will eat it. If you wanna spice it up go get a box of the cheap jello from walmart and throw it on the corn when u put it out.

The canopy became his shroud; he hurtled to the ground. And he ain't gonna jump no more. Gory, gory, what a hell of a way to die, he ain't gonna jump no more!

That is exactly what we do but we add some yogurt with it. If you do not puke then it is not ready. Steve

Pouring diesel on corn won't help. Sprinkling or spraying a little on it will. For years hogs have visited skidders, loaders, tractors of all sorts left on site by wood cutters/haulers and have rolled, rubbed, and rooted in diesel, motor oil, and hydraulic fluid. Their numbers are steadily rising and the health of the species hasn't suffered. Good old fashioned soured corn is the best around here.

I agree with the folks that are saying if you want hogs, make the trap accessible to hog sized game or smaller
