They're great eating, about like lean beef. Closer to beef to me than venison. The young cows are especially tasty.

ext. good, you will be surprised by the meat for sure. Its a red marbled meat like beef but less fatty. like posted above

I had some jerky with just soy sauce salt and pepper I think and it was great!!!1 great flavor and not gamey
