Looking for a new deer lease. We have been on the same deer lease for the past 15 years and this year the land owner decided to clear cut the ranch and raise cows????

There are 10 of us, we all bow hunt (Tell end of season to help manage the population)

Long term Family Lease
West/Central Texas
@3000 acres
MLD would be nice but not a deal breaker
Year around hunting and access
Electric/ Water
Lodging would be nice but not a deal breaker
