Good job on the hunt. A bow killed gobbler without a pop up is tough.

Some advice on the cooking. All that white stuff that you can see on the outside of the breast?

It has to come off. It is also inside the breast. It has to come out.

I lose about 20 percent of every turkey breast that I cook. I deep fry my strips, but they can be grilled also. Just try it one time and spend 30 minutes cutting out all of the white stuff.

My wife will eat wild turkey now and she hated it for years until I started doing this.
