 700 acres lease in Palo Pinto County

700 acres in Palo Pinto County, Annual lease has a small cabin that will sleep 4-5. There is no electric or water on the property. There is a pole that has a meter so electric could be set up. There are 5 blinds set up that may need a little work that you can use. 5 guns at $1950.00 per gun. Cabin by a stock pond that has perch & bass. No coop or water well on the property. There is a RV park with in a few miles of the lease. We are a 2 buck county that fall under TPWD antler restrictions.
