Mike, Man I feel for you, dang theives can steal anything and don't care what other damage they cause.
You might be happier with the P-223 that Bmark talks about. While I haven't put any rounds under one yet as they can be tough to find. I have read nothing but positive comments about this new AR Scope from Nikon. I checked it out at Shot Show last Jan. and I was impressed. It is built on the PROSTAFF platform and the 3-9 will do all you want it to. You can use the BDC reticle and Nikon's Spot On Ballistic Program to dial in your load for longer range shooting. There is even a P-Series AR Mount that is 2 pieces.
Good luck with your vehicle. Drop me a note if you have any question's.
Longtime hunter/shooter/fisherman who loves being outdoors. I used to hunt/compete with my son, but he's now stationed in Germany. Never enough time.
