Planning on trying out some goose and sandhill crane hunting in the Panhandle of Texas this season. I will be up in the Panhandle near Plainivew opening of pheasant season in early December. Would like to finish up with some cranes and geese. Any suggestions or guides would be helpful?

If you don't mind going a little bit north to Oklahoma, Curt Wilkerson put me on a limit of sand hills real fast. Awesome hunt and only $140.

There are a couple guides that run adds on here for Geese and Sandhills. One at Lubbock and another in the panhandle. Can find them by searching in the outfitters section

Panhandles Best ! Mark and Payton are absolute pro's . They use ''STUFFERS'' and put the birds right in your lap . 1-806-467-0273

Give Scott a call at Longneck Outfitters. They are out of Lubbock but hunt wherever the birds are at. Scott is a great guy and fun to hunt with. I was able to go with them on a few fun hunts last year towards the end of the season and we limited out every time. They've got a good set-up and great dogs to boot.

You can see some videos here:

or their website:

Situation's changed Jules...
