Deer lease in Mills County, 5 spots available. 5 miles from Priddy, TX. Just under 2000 acres. Year round lease. Guests welcome with some restrictions (guest must be accompanied by paid member, guest's harvest comes off members allotment, and a few other rules that I will send interested parties). Cabin on property that has running water, electric, direct tv, air conditioning/heat (all paid for) Several stock tanks that hold good numbers of bass and ducks. Dove hunting has been excellent in the past, last year was a little slow, but decent. Terrain varies from open rolling hills to thick wooded areas. NO hogs have been seen on lease for past 10 years. Varnmit hunting is almost unfair.
Drinking is allowed, but not when guns are present. No smoking in the house and you must dispose of butts in a container.
This is a family friendly lease. Drunks and angry people need not apply. PM me your email for pictures and my contact info. This is not a first come first serve lease Payment due at lease signing and valid for 1 year. Price is $1500 per hunter.
Also, if you search my posts you will find deer killed off property in the past years.
thanks,
Mike

How many total on the lease. Can my wife hunt off my allotment? What is the allotment? How do you handle where members can hunt? You mention the cabin but are trailers allowed and if so are hooks ups available? Thanks

7 total on the lease. Any of your guests can hunt off your allotment. Mills county is a 5 deer county with antler restrictions... We try to shoot mature deer, but this is not a lease where people belittle you for shooting something you consider a trophy (as long as it is legal)as we are all here to have fun and enjoy the outdoors. 1 trophy max per paid hunter,1 spike (if you want), and 3 does. Each member has a spot of their own that they have first choice of, you can hunt other people's area if you ask permission. However, you must keep your feeders full and running if you expect to hunt someone elses. We will also have areas setup this year for anyone to use. Land owner doesnt want trailers out there and there are no connections. the house is 2 bedrooms and a bath, currently 7 beds and a futon.
there are cattle and goats on the property so a good feeder pen is a must.
thanks

Love the area up there near Priddy. Lot more hills and open areas than the cedar mess I hunt on in southern Mills county.

I'd ask him if he's pregnant. He missed a s__tload of periods. I'll take "things that look like a uterus" for $200 Alex.

Tried to search for pics, but couldnt locate..
What did you mean by this in your previous post????
"Thats near where I hunt. but where I hunt near priddy, there are no deer. Nothing but hogs. Must have been all the shots you were talking about."
I'm assuming this is a joke since you stated there have been no hogs in the last 10 years.

You know what happens when you assume. THERE ARE NO HOGS ON THE PROPERTY. A couple of the hunters that got off are on this forum and might jump in to tell you if I am joking, which I wasnt. Sorry to hear about the lack of deer you are experiencing.
I read my original post and cannot find where I talked about all the shots we took.
If you are not interested move on, there are plenty of people looking for a lease and I will have no problem filling this.
If you cant find the pictures in some of my previous posts throughout the years dont worry about it, PM me your email and I will send them.
2 of the 5 guys just bought new houses, all 5 were close friends from college and dicided not to get back on.
I will respond to all PM after work today.
thanks

Let's try this again.. While i was searching through your previous post to locate pics, i found a quote from you posted on 11/10/10: Thats near where I hunt. but where I hunt near priddy, there are no deer. Nothing but hogs. Must have been all the shots you were talking about.

I'm not saying your thread here is a joke, meant the post from 2010.. Again, just looking for pics and stumbled on it. Have to double and tripple check these kind of things now days. Tough to find a good lease.

My appologies, I forgot I had wrote that. Yes that post was a joke. I was being sarcastic. My area doesn't have hogs at all, but if you drive down the road 4 miles I have seen dead ones on the side of 218.
I have been on the lease 4 years now. The guys before me had been on 15 but they moved away.

My lease is about 4 miles north west of Priddy and We haven`t seen any hogs since we have been on it (2003). I know several people who own quite a bit of land close to our lease that I talk to regularly and they rareley see a hog. However we do have lots of deer with an excellent buck/doe ratio.
