Me and the prego wife headed to the cabins on the Brazos. I am after a catfish we lost yrs ago that was 70+ lbs. I know how big he was, cause I had him by the boat before a quick yank and he broke the 5/0 hook I was using. Since then, I've upgraded the hooks and my landing skills... Unfortunately I didn't catch one up to my standards (30+lbs) so all of these fish were returned to grow... Caught 18 fish on 16 hooks in 2 nights. Not too shabby. Probably 110 lbs total weight of the fish caught.

Saturday afternoon the woman didn't want to sit in the hot sun, so I did some redneckn' and came up with this here shady spot for her to hang out.

Sunday morning I pulled in these boogers.. Y'all might wanna prepare yallself's for the upcoming swoleness. =)

The truck has a 3" lift on it but you can't really tell from the pics. They are 305/65/18's. It's gonna hurt when you buy em'.

Nice fish. What were you using for bait?

Give me a diablo sandwich, a Dr. Pepper, and make it quick, I'm in a gosh-darn hurry.
