I've filled my used YETI for work for tomorrow. We'll be dicking post holes and I'll see how she holds up.

I think cinder blocks would be more bang for your buck in that application.

If you needed to jack your Jeep up to work on it I think 4 jackstands from Northern Tool would have been a little cheaper.

I know they are great. But I get ice free at work and they are very expensive.

I work hard, drink a little and hunt when I can.

Well, we ended up digging more than dicking as the ground had a lot of clay. The YETI help up pretty good but I'm not convinced the cooler I bought is worth the 75% markup compared to the amount I paid at a garage sale. I left it for my father in law to use and inspected it about 15 minutes ago......still had ice but a lot of water. So after all is said and done, I've figured out two things for sure: it's better to dig potholes rather than dicking & my YETI is a beast to lift when full of drinks, ice and water.

We sell YETI Coolers. They are not cheap, but they are the last cooler you'll need to buy!

got a 65 quart seems very tough, as said a load to pick up when full of drinks, as for keeping ice its better but don,t get one for that not enough of a improvement in my view to get one but as said above factor in its toughnes and the fact u will be able to give this cooler to your grandkids i don,t regret thepurchase at all

NRA all the way god guns and guts made us free , i want all three

Should I ever need a cooler to support the weight of my pickup, I might consider getting one.

So as long as I keep finding and throwing away ice that's left in my $30 Coleman after a three-day weekend, I'll look for somewhere else to spend $300. Besides, I can fill my Coleman with ice once a month for eight years on what I would pay for a Yeti. Or, to look at it another way, does it make sense to spend so much to save on something that cost (ice) so little? Either way, you're going to need to buy ice for every trip. Does it make sense to pay $300 so you will have more ice to throw away when you get back home? hammer Or even worse, do you believe that ice is somehow colder in a Yeti?

Let's be honest. It's not the performance of a Yeti that drives people to buy them, the exception being those who have good reason to conserve ice for extended periods. No, like the Rolex, people want them for the status of knowing they own one.
