I know this was just up here not to long ago, but has anyone got their CHL in the last week or so? If so how lond had you been waiting before you got it in?

It took me about two and a half montages but I had problems with paper work it should not take that long to get it back

I mailed off all my stuff on May 4th, it went to mailed status last Friday and I'm still waiting on it to get here.

got mine last month, took 3 months 2 weeks and 3 days but who was counting? LOL the older you are the longer the back ground check takes. i'm 52

Ill take CHL wait time anyday over NFA wait time. 4.5 months and another 3-4 months to go

My wait was about 6 weeks, that was a couple of months back. Ditto. I have a buddy I'm constantly ragging on to get his (again, he let his other lapse), and I tell him there is no excuse for letting it go by -- 6 weeks has passed three times since I've told him to get his....

How do they lose electronic finger prints? Sent mine in a week ago and there is no status as of yet on their web site. Just says waiting for documents to come in.

Well I log in on the CHL website and I have green checks beside everything except the Background check says under review. I sure wish it would hurry and get here!!! Its been about a month now...

I hate waiting on background checks. Top Secret clearance...still need a background check. Background check done for concealed carry...still need another for job. Whole lot of wasted time and money.

If the pile on the desk gets to full they send it back with something like (finger prints not clear enough)or whatever in order to buy more time. Has been going on since they started the whole CHL process.
