I went fly fishing in a little hole around Knox City. I felt my fly sink hard and had trouble landing thing. I was excited because I thought I was In the process of catching the largest bass of my life. Instead it was this three foot gar. Prior to this, I had never caught a gar on a fly rod.

Thank you guys for all of the kind comments! I was planning on taking advantage of the Orvis lifetime warranty because I thought the gar was going to snap my six weight clear in half.
