Nope, full time fireman. I do cookoffs and getting into catering on the side. I'm for hire. I'll cook just about anything, but BBQ of all types being my specialty.

on your smoker are you using water and wood chips of any kind? Just curious if you are and what type of system you have set up?

No, it is a smoker. It does have a spot in the main cooking chamber to hold a large pan if water/juice . I have never cooked that way, but I'm going to try it to see how it works.

Serious BBQ there. I have went with my friends in Dallas to a couple cook off's and they are a blast. It's a fun hobby for sure. I don't know how they can cook so well while drinking all that beer.

Looks like ours did in a similar stage.












We still need to run some more conduit and add a few more electrical outlets, but we're gettin' closer to be done! Look Good Doin' It!
