We had a storm come thru Paducah today. Straight line winds of over 90 mph and possible f1 tornado. Nobody hurt though, thank the good Lord.

I watched the lightning from our deck and it was an impressive storm. Paducah is due west of Iowa Park, albeit a little ways west. The storm went just to the south of us. Glad yall are ok.

That's a blessing. Good luck with the clean-up.

That's Awful...glad everyone is okay. We just put up two new stands last weekend just east of Seymour. I guess this will be the first test to see if they hold up.
What time of the day did this happen??

Started around 6:00 or so here. The wind blew hard all day. Then it got real still while the storm was brewing. We had a few gusts after the storms had already passed, but I'm sure Paducah and maybe Seymour had more wind. Well, obviously Paducah did. shocked We were never under a storm cell so we just got a couple of drops of rain. Monday evening we got 1/2".

Had some pretty nasty hail in it as well as the winds, from what our news said.

Yes the hail went north and south but never hit Paducah. We were very lucky because there was hail the size of softballs in that storm. We got some good rain. Just got thru riding around with the Texas Department of Emergency Management and have determined that there is not enough damage to uninsured livable homes for a disaster. We were very lucky and the structures that were hurt the worst were not occupied at the time.
