Lucky. I'm 30 years old hunted and fished since I was young but have still to this day never seen one of these in the wild

I see a dozen or more a day mainly in the morning's when it's still cool and their in the roads warming up. Later when it's hot just look in the shadey spots.

I grew up in SW Oklahoma and we had plenty of them.
My parents still live on the same home place and "we" they haven't seen one in years. I did see one in Shamrock about 3-4 years ago. That's the first and last one I've ever seen there.
