This is something that we do every year here in Paducah for Memorial Day. These are all the Veterans from Cottle County that have passed since WWI some during service and most after service. There is 890 crosses this year.  This is my Wifes Dad. He served in WWII

We do this every year. The Crosses will be up until Saturday Morning. It was a great Service this year. I had the Honor of doing the welcome speech again this year.

Several of us usually join together every year and lay out string lines and then start hammering in the crosses. The easy part will be this sat. when we pull them up lol. But its an honor to do and we have great conversations hammering away at the crosses. On Memorial Day before we have our celebration, we always have coffee and donuts. Just great people honoring the ones who served so you can read this in English.
