DB makes a recurve blind that would fit what you need.

I'm 6'4 and shoot a Destroyer and my bow shoots just fine out of this one and is half the price... Primos Ground Max Vision

I've got an eastman but maybe my chair is too tall but after trying to draw in it while turkey hunting I realized it wasn't going to work.

Is your bow hitting the roof or something? Is that what your saying?
AS for the chair, try the Timber Ridge hunting chair. I just purchased some of these less than a month ago from Cabelas for $29 each. They are about 1/2 the cost of the Double Bull chair but same style. But I feel they are made better with regards to the front foot plate. The Timber Ridge is screwed in and the Double Bull one will slide out of the plastic foot sometimes. The Timber Ridge is a cheaper price chair but I feel its made better. It's all black and the DB one is camo.
Other than that. For about $50 you can probably get you a cheap office chair and adjust the height to where you need it. Just take the wheels off it.

And x2 on that Primos blind previously mentioned. I am really liking the curtain style of this blind and it is much easier to get into than the Rhino or Double Bull blind. My recent hunters choose those over my other ones I have and are much happier with them.

Yeah it took me a long time of shopping around before I found one I could sit in comfortably AND shoot out of with ease. the Primos works well for me though, I own 4 of them....
