I've been trying for months to put back in for my permit online. It wont let me sign in, is anybody else having the same problem?

You need to login with your 2011-2012 permit number. The 2012-2013 (this coming season) permits won't be issued until August.

I did try that login it wouldn't work I have even sent 2 emails. I work 8 to 5 I guess I'll have to take a day off.
