lol, thanks, I like a nice round handle on a knife, I struggle with doing that sometimes, but this one I got nice and round, for a little knife this thing feels like a dream, Old Timer's had that square handle with the edges rolled a little. The first knife I ever made was one of these, it was made from a saw blade and had walnut scales glued on with JB weld not pins, the knife is still going strong that was 25 or so years ago.

I have a couple of the Schrade Old Timer SharpFinger models. I agree with you on the squared off handles are uncomfortable. Plus they have that plastic feel and do not have the heft of a custom knife.

Your take on the sharpfinger is a definite improvement!

You beat me to it. I have a blade laid out on a billet but haven't got around to grinding it yet. I always did like the sharp finger style blade and when ever I run across one of the old made in the USA sharp finger knives I usually by it.
That's an awesome knife. You did a great job.

Thank you very much, I like the shape of it I think the rounded butt is an improvement also if you slide you're hand back it is a lot smother also. Had a custom order for 3 damascus knives, he had an idea for the first two wanted 3rd to be a surprise, these are what I came up with

They all look great, very nicely done.

I'm so far behind on orders it will be a while before I have the time to make a knife just because I want to.
Keep up the good work.
