Ok read through a-lot of this post and as a self employed person who has built and sold 3 companies I'll throw in my .02

If you put all of your eggs in one basket (zombie basket) and someone steals your basket you have no eggs. I've watched several competitors businesses go down the tubes cause they tried to hit a single market and when that market has a cash flow problem they are sunk. I have always diversified my target audience and when one suffers from a cash flow problem the others tend to pick up the slack which keeps me going strong.

just my .02 take it for what it cost you

It seems that a lot of the response has been that you should just be like everyone else. Unfortunately as a start up business you have to stand out from the crowd. If you're just like everyone else, why would they stop buying from their current suppliers? That is especially true for an internet based business. From the amount of response on this thread, you are catching folks attention. That is a positive.
BTW, I have owned my own company for over twenty years and there's no reason for my clients to remain loyal if I'm no different than my competitors.

If your prices and customer service are top-notch, it doesn't matter what wrap goes on your vehicle. I wouldn't buy from you just because your business has zombie in the name, but I also wouldn't not buy from you for the same reason. I'm Switzerland on this.

I like it. It's your business and your truck. You do what you think is right.

On the "kid" part..... My daughter, now 4, used to get freaked out by the large image of Bo Pilgrim on the back of the Pilgrim's Pride 18 wheelers rolling down the hwy. A completely innocent image. But it freaked her out when we'd see one. Then we'd get home and she'd watch a "kid's" movie with all kinds of weird imagery. So there's no telling what a kid will and won't be scared of. But one thing is for certain, people will eventually get used to it, just like my kid did with Bo.

I mean heck, what about all the TTH and Bone Collector skull images on trucks? These are skull images, and I bet at least one of the nay-sayers who posted in this thread has something similar on their own truck. Wouldn't that offend, or even scare, some panty waist vegan driving down the road? Or even a neighbor?

While I do understand that kids today grow up too fast anyway, I also still feel that a person should be free to offend, as long as it's not too offensive. Where that line gets drawn is determined by the individual though.

I do agree though, to get the full effect you need to lift that truck, put at least 35" tires under it, and install a giant ranch hand bumper on the front. Then it would be "Zombie Worthy". Oh, and it needs to have realistic looking blood splatters on the hood, as well as bloody looking hand prints and scratches around the window areas, so it would look more "realistic".

Are you guys kidding, we need everyone to be interested in the shooting sports. Yea, I am older and like expensive guns and nice stuff, but you go into a sporting goods store with my two boys and they freak out over the Zombie targets. I had to drop some serious cash on several different ones for them. Now even their sisters are wanting to go to the range and “Blast some Zombies!”
If you don’t like it don’t buy it…. But in my case if it gets my kids away from the TV and to the shooting range with me, I’ll put up with the staring and laughing from my friends.

If your target audience is 12-19 year olds I suppose that's true.
But IMO you are automatically turning off a huge part of your potential customer base also who simply think it is dumb.

And us older guys tend to have a few more C-notes in our pocket to spend on guns, ammo, and such. Just sayin'...

I picture me walking into your place with a bunch of loud, young dudes hanging around loud-talking and high-fiving about killing Zombies and the latest video game coming out. Not for me....

Right. And how many of those young dudes would be dropping a stack of ben franklins on a purchase?

Looks good, it will get the job done and draw plenty of attention! Plus I'm sure you could rent it out around Halloween to make some extra cash!

From ammunition till trucks, get everything become more appealing and charming by utilizing wraps from the truck wrap team. I have enjoyed hunting ever since I started doing this. Lets make the adventure more of a treat to watch

Honestly, if I hadn't read some of your posts here and know differently then I would assume your store specialized in overpriced airsoft equipment and gimmicky Chinese crap. I never have understood the zombie stuff so I may be missing the craze, when did shooting commies get out of style?

I'm glad I'm not the one who has to drive it.

I think jeepers gets it.

I could take or leave the wrap and personally have no interest in zombies or something to kill them. On the other hand it is eye catching and should draw attention to your business but as stated. I think you are limiting your market. I am not saying no zombie stuff but maybe a little less about the zombies and more about the AR's, thats where your money is at.

Good Luck and I will be looking for your truck.
