I load the 25 using IMR 4831 and 110gr Nosler AB.

R22 and IMR or H 4831 would be good one's. 4350 would also work.

I have loaded all of the powders Chad suggested and had good luck
with them all..I load my buddys w/100 gr. Barnes X solid Copper
and 55.2 grains of RL 22...he gets 1 hole at 100yds and dime groups..3300FPS..At 300 yds he's shooting under 2 in groups..sometimes an in. or better..Rifle is a Sendero..Remember,
if you load Copper, the rifle must be clean..no fowling..Don

Years ago, I read in a Sierra manual that around 49gr of IMR4350 is a sweet spot for the 25/06. I have tried that formula in several rifles and always had good luck. Velocity is abot 3000 fps, accuracy is great, brass life is good, trajectory is flat, and bullet performance with plain ol' C&C bullets is great.

You can get another 100fps or so if you push it, but for me it hasn't been worth the trouble.

BTW, the 117gr Hornady is a good bullet. But if the rifle doesn't like it, try the 120gr Hornady HP!

That's the load that cpcartridge uses for their tsx...mine also shot very well but their turn around time is slow

IMR 4350 is probably the greatest of all the larger rifle powders, I've worn out a couple of bbls shooting it..It takes quite a bit of space in the cartridge, and is not always the best
powder any longer. I used about 50 grain in the 25 for my Uncles
and had good results, but never as good as I've had using RL 22
recently..The guy I load this for is a Game Biologist/Hunter/Guide in Pleasanton. He used to only shoot 80 to 100 yds tops and then only in the shoulder..Got him shooting
300 groups well, and head shots on culls now..So I got impressed,
plus it's using X bullets extremely accurately..Don
