I have a wall shoulder mount on on of my WTs that I would like to have changed to a pedestal mount. Is this a good idea, or even possible?

I have a wall shoulder mount on on of my WTs that I would like to have changed to a pedestal mount. Is this a good idea, or even possible? No big deal at all, just need to finish the back of it.
