where can i get the newest ammunition of winchester the platnium whit black tip bullets for a .270 but cheap ?

That's not new it has been around for years. I tops my list of never shoot a deer with again rounds.

That's not new it has been around for years. I tops my list of never shoot a deer with again rounds. and why is that? they work just fine for me....

That's not new it has been around for years. I tops my list of never shoot a deer with again rounds. and why is that? they work just fine for me.... I have shot 3 deer with them: 1. 30-06 Entrance behind lower left shoulder. 60 Yard Track, No exit, No Blood trail. 2. 7mm-08 High Shoulder Shot. Glanced off shoulder, Deer still alive and we get pics of him with a gimped up left shoulder. 3. 7mm-08 No exit, long track, tiny flecks of blood no evidience of damage from hydroshock. I have shot Deer with Corelokts, Interlocks, Powerpoints, Partitions, TSX, and TTSX. I have had better luck and cleaner kills with all of the above over the Silver Tips. The only thing I like about them is the brass, the nickel plated brass takes a bit more work when reloading, but last forever and looks nicer.
