 Looking for a lease within 3 hours of Fort Worth

I am looking to join a lease that is within 3 hours of Fort Worth. I am originally from Montana and used to hunt Mule Deer on a corporate ranch. I moved to Texas 11 years ago and have only hunted twice since. My boys (8 and 5) will be joining me hunting in the next couple of years so I am hoping to find a lease to call "home". I am looking for an annual lease so that I can have time to scout and help on the ranch on some of my off weekends. At this time I am only looking to spend up to 1000 dollars a season. If anyone knows of a lease that fits the requirements, please let me know. Thanks for your time!!!
