Cosmetically yes they are just about the same, but that's about it. I have owned both of these guns and the Stoeger is not in the same ball park as the Benelli. Yes Benelli is the mother company of Stoeger, but these two guns are not the same. I advise you to stay away from the Stoeger. I had feed and function problems with mine and had it sent back to the factory and it still didn't function properly. I had multiple gun smiths look at the gun and could never figure out the problem. It basically is now just an overpriced boat paddle. I'm sure other people have had better experiences with them, but my opinion is to stay away. My son went through 3 Stoeger over/unders before he wised up and sold it. I just didnt have a good experience at all with this brand.

I've owned one Stoeger in my life, and that was one to many.

I had a Stoeger P-350. Bought it as a back-up Goose/Duck/Dove gun. Salesman sold me on the fact that it was essentailly the same as a Nova. Ending up selling it after the season. Just didn't run as smooth as I thought it should, and the overall fit wasn't good for me. Replaced it with a good old Mossy 500.
