in all seriousness do you have any you tube videos, or any recipes you would be willing to share. i love seafood, but i usually fry it or bake it with some butter lemon and pepper. i suck with sauces and would love to try something different. I love looking at your threads.

Really? I put sea bass leagues ahead of red snapper. (good use of the word leagues huh) I have several snapper throats off of 28 inch red snappers in my freezer I haven't cooked yet. Maybe they will change my mind.

How should I cook them?
