She must be up to something nefarious because she is intently avoiding all the land mines you so strategically placed in her path.

Gaurdian, your intintions were fully understood. It boils down to respect for other people's property. There is way too little of that left in the world today, regardless of intentions. Nothing wrong with finding out who she is.

I admit it... I hired her to survey your hunting area. I want to hunt your area but it is illegal to trespass on someone else's property. It is amazing how cheaply you can hire that sort of thing out.
I guess it is better than turning tricks because she certainly would not earn much in that profession.

Personally I dont think its that big of a deal. But to each his own. If we found her on my place I would politely find out why she is there and determine if she was a threat. But by the looks of it, I would just ask for a copy of the photos threw email and tell her to enjoy the trails, just dont litter or throw out any cig butts.

its not a big deal, maybe shes lost but i mean people if they think they can just go where ever they want need to learn to ask, 9/10 times the land owner would let them enjoy there place i bet. What if i were to go walking into peoples backyards with a camera on my neck? would that fly with people?

Again maybe she is just lost.

Sure was...but my father taught me to respect other people and their land.

I don't think it is a big deal and obviously the OP doesn't either, but I see no harm in him trying to find out who it is and why she is on the land.

Looks like she is just hiking and sight seeing. Been out for a while, jacket wrapped around her waste, backpack has one of those water resovoirs, based on the blue mouth piece over her shoulder,,camera bag also. Definately not a threat. But that doesn't make it right. She needs to let someone know so she doesn't get hurt. Just my opinion

X2 - nothing good can come from strangers trespassing on your property.

SO if she is carrying a gun she is up to no good but if not, she is just enjoying the scenery and that makes trespassing ok?
I dont get it.
Trespassing is trespassing. And it is always hunting season where I hunt.

How about she just walk into your house and start enjoying your fridge or your favorite butt groove in your couch? I guess that is ok??

Its a shame that I have to purchase insurance on my property to cover people that might decide to cross my fence and end up getting hurt. Should this person falll and break an ankle and a scumbag attorney thinks he can prove negligence she might end up owning that property after its all said and done. Stay off of my property period. I bought it. Its mine. If you want it you can buy it or find your own get a loan and own it yourself and do as you please. Otherwise stick to public land or get a lease.

Very good point. As a land owner, this bothers me.

Nope, working on a lead to figure it out. Not a runaway, probably just a girl out for a walk where she didn't have permission to be.
