We need one to two hunters in the Rock Springs area.1000 acres feeders and blinds already in place.Owner feeds year round.1500.00 now and 1500.00 Sept.1st which includes corn.

Actually if that includes corn I would say it is one heck of a deal. I spend $1000 a year on corn alone.

What are the rules and regs? Total access, limits, guests, etc...?

Here the fine print.
1. 5 hunters total
2. We have 1 spot left.
3. Family/guest welcome but hunting off leasee tags.
4. 45 mikes south of Rock Springs.
5. 5 feeders and 5 blinds already set-up. you can set up your own if you want.
6. 1000 acres.
7. 2 Whitetail bucks
3 does
1 Axis buck
1 Axis doe
1 Aoudad male
1 Corsican Ram / must have full curl
plenty of pigs and turkeys
8. walk in cooler
9. corn included
This lease has been a corporate lease over the past years with not of use. Owner lives full time the on property. 2 of the lessees are retired, 2 work full time. Would like some that doesn't mind a couple beers after hunting and management minded.

Around the DFW area, we would consider Rocksprings South Texas. I believe it is in the southern half of the state.The DFW area is called North Texas, yet it isn't in the Panhandle.

Since when is Rocksprings considered South Texas?? It is to some people. Good deal on the lease though no its not. south texas is south of 90. rocksprings is about as hill country as you can get. I don't care if your from canada, if it has cedar on it, its not south texas

I personally wouldn't consider it south texas but it sounds like a good deal considering it includes feed cost and plenty of exotics!
