Might try "the meat market", believe that is the name. Located on hwy 82 pretty close to Fannin/Grayson Co line On what would be south side of hwy 82. Have heard good things about his work. Sorry, don't have his Phone number.

There is also Lehde's Market in the middle of town on Center north of the courthouse.

There's one on the just North of Bonham called "Hog Wild". I have been driving a ways to Detroit and they do a good job.
