Folks I am wanting to make sausage with my brother on Superbowl Sunday. Problem is a had a line on some hog casings but the dude just called and said he can't help me! Crap  I can order sausage stuff online but that is not going to help me get it by Sunday! Looking for some place local ( H E B area / Ft. Worth) Advise??

Try the Old Town market in lewisville...it is on mill st, they may carry those,,,,OR you might try Ricks outpost on 380,,,they process deer so they may also have some you can buy.

Try Bayous seafood in Lewisville..hje makes all his boudin with fresh casings...alot of the mexican supermarkets carry fresh casings...Fiesta,Michocana places along those lines...
