Try Smithfield Archery or CCR. Depending on the bow, Smithfield usually has a good inventory, as will CCR.

depending on where u are in dfw, outdoor pro shop in garland has always been very helpful. There name is alittle misleading they are strictly a bow shop

Isn't it funny how day by day nothing changes but when you look back everything is different.

Nowadays people know the price of everything and the value of nothing.

Drive an hour south to Redneck Booda in Kerens, I drive an hour out of the way just to have him work on my stuff. He uses Korbin Strings.

Schmidty Custom Strings make the best set of stings I have ever shot. You can order them direct and take it to any shop and have them put on. Smithfield is the only place I would let touch my bow. That is just my opinion just because I have no respect for the bow tech at CCR.

Are you talking about Kyle? He and Tyler at Bargan Hunters are the only two people I will let touch my bows....

Actually there are multiple bow techs at CCR. Just because you don't like one, and I can't argue the point on that one, doesn't mean a couple of the others aren't good to work with.

I work hard, drink a little and hunt when I can.

I have learned through experience to never let Bass Pro touch your bow. I use Lone Star out in Lewisville, but Cinnamon Creek is another good option. If you really want to make the drive and get top notch service, go to Pigeon Road out in Stephenville.

I carry Schmidty Specialty Strings! I also have access to Winners Choice and Extreme Bow Strings.
Schmidty strings are my first choice if any one ever asks.
Great quality and quick turn around after the order.

John makes the best string ever! He's a great guy to deal with; he's done some things for me no other string co. would ever do.

There are a lot of great shops in Texas! RBO, CCR, haven't used them but East Texas Archery and bait, Mesquite, Barkleys (not sure on the spelling), West Houston Achery...... I guess I should read what you wrote before I responded! Im not sure how far you are from any of these shops.
