What do you guys use to store your camo and hunting clothes/accessories? Do ya'll use the Plano storage boxes or just the generic totes?

I was thinking about just using the cheap totes and putting some cedar twigs in there for added scent control.

I just use big plastic Rubbermaid type totes. About September I will unpack them and wash everything real good and then put them back in the totes with some earth scented waffers.

I use the totes for storage. About Sept I pull it all out and get it washed and placed in scent free bags. I am very meticulous with my scent control preparation.

I use inexspensive RubberMaid totes. I wash them in scent free detergent, then I toss a few cedar blocks in there to keep them fresh smelling and to keep the moths away.

I do the same as above. I also add a panty hose leg full of aromatic cedar mulch to the tote. We have quite a bit of cedar on our place so its a good cover scent. I'm also going to use the cedar mulch on my ground blind floor as recommended by a fellow THFer.

X2

I have a small set of pruners in my bow blind for just that reason. I clip a few cedar branches and toss them in there with me to help cover my scent.

My old gym bag with carton of Marlboro's! Deer wonder what smells so bad and they get curious! Don't laugh...seen more deer slip off from people thinking they are stealthy than them thinking it's cows coming through brush!

spacesaver bags. My ex wife bought a bunch of space saverbags one day and instead of throwing them out I found a good use for them. Camo and sleeping gear don't take up so much space at camp now.

I built a mancave/reloading cabin couple years ago with a cedarlined closet for my hunting clothes and backpacks. Use the cheap plastic bin totes from wallyworld to carry them to the hunting woods. Dont forget to check for the small holes under the handles, i put small piece of duct tape over the holes to keep odors out.

Just hang in my closet. Then a week before bow season, wash and put in my duffel with scent wafers and a cedar branch cut off the tree in the back yard.
