What do yall use when sitting on the ground? An attached bipod or separate shooting sticks. If you use some what type do yall use?

I use a single shooting stick because I walk around a lot. It's quicker to set up and I also use as a walking stick and snake catcher. I bought mine from gander mountain it's made by vanguard. If I were sitting on ground or making extremely long shots I would rather have a by pod
Keep em huntin and they wont have time to get in trouble!! And remember RESPECT goes a long way!!

I have used a bipod for a long time. Shooting sticks should be better for spot and stalk or lots of moving. My next hunting purchase will be sticks (adjustable type)

I made these for real cheap and they work great and are stable. Beats the hell out paying $30-80 for a pair. www.prbullet.com/stix.htm

I used a mono pod, made from an adjustable height cane or walking stick.

Shooting sticks...lightweight and portable and can be used with any of my guns without having to be attached and bulky.

sticks take a bit of practice to use well, but one little trick is if you have to you can lift them together and use them as a mono stick in a pinch. Such as when one shows over your left shoulder , or there is a bush in the way of one of your sticks.Sticks can also be spread out wider if you need to lower your muzzle, or the opposite if you need to shoot a little uphill.
