I was just wondering if you went to a gun shop and bought a handgun and you do not have you CHL can you walk out of the store with it you do you still have to wait the 3 days?

no you do not have to wate the 3 days all that went out of efect like 3 years ago you just walk in fill out some papaers and if the fedral goverment approves you you walk out the door that day. If you have the CHL it just makes the process go faster because they dont have to make a phone call to the feds.
