This is a place that I have hunted for the past 5 years as a guest of the landowner. It has NEVER been leased and nobody has deer hunted the property in over a decade.

It's right at 1000 acres. Only 45 minutes east of Dallas right outside of Terrell. There are two soil conservation lakes on the property that hold mostly mallards and various other puddle ducks. Creek beds run thru the property that the mallards and wood ducks really seem to love.

There is some dense forest and some open pastures. Unlimited hogs and each hunter can harvest one legal buck. There is room for 5-6 hunters total. Cost is $2000 per gun. PM me for more info.

Is there many deer around there? I know lots of hogs and varmits but didnt think there was a decent number of deer. How big are the lakes? I would be more interested in the fishing.

There are some deer in that are, but not a ton. Each gun should be able to shoot a couple a year pretty easily. Don't know the regs on the county, but I'd assume that it's an AR county, does to be killed during bow season and Thanksgiving weekend.

Would you do duck only cheaper?

I live n the area not a ton of deer may get 1 legal buck a year but lots of pigs and some varmints. Depending on the lakes can be good duck huntin but as far as deer huntin goes just not big numbers of deer
