You'll have to define a bit more about what you mean about top 10. If you talking about influential then the operative word is innovative. The top ten.

1) Original wheelock. This one started it all. A hand held weapon that was capable of being kept loaded and ready to fire by a mounted or moving man. Only the lock would change and with a very recent addition of rifling the weapon would remain recognizable for centuries.
2) Colt Patterson. Not the first revolver, but the first workable one and the weapon that we Texans brought to the forefront. Without us it may have never happend. It brought multishot capability and reasonable reliability.
3) Smith and Wesson #3. Innovative in every sense. The first truly effective and mass produced cartridge revolver. It's break open feature anticipated the need for rapid reloading.
4) Colt SAA. Not the best, but the symbol of the old West. Slow to reload it was strong, reliable and cheaper to produce. Still being manufactured and made the transition to Smokeless powder. It used fewer parts and had the best ergonomics of its time.
5) Iver Johnson swing out cylinder. The swing out cylinder explains it all. Most everybody copied it. I J's killed one POTUS ( McKinley ) and one wannabe ( RFK )
6) Adams and Deane #3. The first effective double action produced in 1851.
7) Mauser 1896 Broomhandle. The Borchardt had it beat in terms of being available, but it was the first truly effective and useable semiauto made. It probably has been used in more modern wars then just about any other handgun.
8) The Colt 1911. Still the handgun to which modern firearms are judged. It brought the recoil operation to full fruition and some variation thereof is still used. Still a first class weapon.
9) CZ 75. Not the first high capacity semi and not the first DA/SA but the design influenced the wondernine craze and with it the weapons we see today. Still a first class weapon.
10) Glock 17. Truly innovative in many ways. It wasn't the first to use polygonal rifling but it was first one to use it on a mass produced basis. It's DAO trigger, the use of Tennifer and above all the inclusion of polymer in its manufacture elevate Gaston Glock to same level as Colt and Browning.

Honorable mentions include

11) Smith and Wesson #1 bored through cartride innovation.

12) Smith and Wesson triple lock. Still considered the gold standard for what a modern revolver should be

13) Colt 1851. What many consider the be the first "modern" revolver. Cheap, accurate, reliable for its day. The cap and ball single action would not get much better.

14) Walther PP/PPK series. The standard to which pocket pistol and blowback actions are held.

15) Browning 1935 Hi Power. A cleaned up 1911 and the first truly high capacity weapon.

I'm also kinda wondering why you listed the Beretta 92FS and the Taurus PT92- for all intents and purposes they are the same gun.

You don't forget a sig if you have ever shot one! And that fact you listed a Taurus period is comical, which proves everything you READ on the Internet obviously isn't true.

Being a LEO and carrying a sidearm daily as a tool for the job I need handguns that are going perform as designed no matter what. They must also durable and accurate, in addition to dependable. For that reason I'm going with:

Utility
Glock (any model but mine happens to be the 21 in .45ACP)
Sig P220 (.45ACP)
1911's (there are a number of good ones and some not so good ones).
S&W 686 (.357 mag)

During my SWAT days I carried Sig and Glock. Both performed flawlessly in the worst conditions...full of sand, mud and water. Hot or cold, dry or lubed. The Glock gets a slight edge in that it has had significantly fewer malfunctions than the Sig and a greater ammo capacity. I also think it has a better trigger than the Sig.

Plinking
Ruger Single Six
Ruger Redhawk, Super Redhawk and Blackhawks
Browning Buckmark
Ruger Mark I, II, & III

Concealed Carry
Glock 27
Kahr
