(having fun here) How many birds would you suggest for a hunt on my land? I have a 60'x100' parcel in Richardson, partially wooded, good supply of native weeds including crabgrass, and high fenced, with good access. Neighbors are also high fenced and nosey. Neighbor to the west has good watering hole complete with diving board.
Just kidding. If I had more than a 10th of an acre, that would be a fun thing to do though....cool idea!

Dude that was great. Hell lets drop about 500 birds in your back yard, that would be enough to stir up thing in and neighborhood.
Give us a call if you'd like to come quail hunt my ranch outside of Bowie. We will start running hunts in October.

We had another nice hunt this weekend. Our guys found several hundred QUAIL with coveys of up to 25 birds, the three hunting killed 54 birds (hard flying birds in the wind)

We are offering quail hunts until the end on March 2012.
Our hunters have had great hunts all year long. The last two groups did a lot of shooting and harvested 74 birds (five hunters over 4 hours), and a father and his two sons harvested 24 birds.
Currently we are releasing 30 flight conditioned birds per hunter the morning of your hunt.
