all they need to do is add the polygraph - a serious one, and put in the same no bait, etc., rules that all the other contests have.

I know where your coming from about people say you cheated because they didnt win. But the way the rules are wrote is the reason Im not getting in this hunt. Because you can hunt over dead piles and the aninmals dont have to be called in. I heard one of the teams that won last year admitted that they didnt even have a varmint call. I all enter in calling contest not kill contest.

You take your money to the strip club im going to the woods. I have won the bull creek hunt 4 time got 3rd in it twice with out cheatin one bit. Using chicken crap reasons like people are cheating? I got two little girls that use the same excuses when they are playing she is cheating. You are welcome any time to come see how its done how we are able to kill so many animals. We have nothing to hide or be ashamed of if you work at something like we do calling you are going to be good at it. I know your time is limited because of your strip club attendance stay home more and practice.

Keith what area are y'all hunting? We'll be mainly in Upshur and Wood counties Saturday night- just hope the rain don't hang around.

My family ownes a 3000 acre ranch i have cows all over it they die all the time. I bring in dead hogs weekly and put them in the bone pile. Knowing this you would think it was easy to go shoot them on dead piles its NOT. I havent Killed a coyote on a dead pile in 5 years and i got a gun in my farm truck always. If you can call you will beat guys trying to hunt dead piles. In the kearney hunt last yr i think the dead piles woeked for the teams that won because fo the bad weather we had leading up to the hunt. we hunted hard and killed 7 not enough it was a hard night. The dead piles should not effect anyone who know anything about coyote hunting do yall think you set there and they just keep coming out these animals are smart and hard to kill. You want to get better sent up play the wind use camo move slow learn how to call and shoot. Dead piles,trapping,snaring and overall cheating are not the reason you are not doing good in the hunts. we have a route lined up we have all our land owners lined up we have all our food and gas we dont stop at the gas station or take a nap for any reason. You have get hard guys are just call it a killing contest and stay home thats what i would do if i couldnt keep up yall are making my day. LOL

rains,wood,van zant counties. i have had more action in the past with weather like this than i have in freezing weather. i think it will good i shot and killed 9 in kearneys tournment in 07 weather just like this. i watched the raydar real good and tried to stay out of the downpoor as much as i could it worked out great that night. good luck brother do it the right way and you will always come out on top be it this side or the other.

My FIL used to be the state inspector for the Sulphur Springs area, I bet we know alot of the same people.

we are not dairy men we are ranchers. we raise commercial cattle and bucking stock. we are about 5 miles south of emory on hwy 19.

If I remember right at bull creek this year you got 3rd with 7 dogs and 2 cats. And yall passed the polygraph with flying colors, just like we did and every other team that won money except one team. Yeah you still won money but did you win what you deserved ( Im guessing you heard the ordeal like we did after the hunt). The folks and places that are putting these hunts on dont wont cheating they have to write the rules to avoid some of it. The kearney rules leave to much in the gray area.

I wouldn't be much without him can't know body call like Kenneth that's a fact. In the church hunt i had 9 dogs no cats but yet I called every dog in. I understand what you are trying to say about the rules but we have won and placed in the hunt many of times even going up against the people not doing it right. If you tuck your tail and run then the people who cheat got what they wanted. And to bash kearney or any other hunt isn't fair if he didn't have the hunt a lot of people would miss it. The hunt was started years ago buy some good old boys wanting to have fun and now its getting dogged out by a few. Not right men not right.

Keith, Not saying everyone is cheating that wins. There are some great callers and hunters out there who do well at every hunt and I wasn't bashing Kearney either. Just saying if you want the hunt to be "Fair as Possible" you need to cover all "gray areas" in the rules as possible. All it takes is a little more ink. Don't mind being beat by good hunters and callers at all. Just don't like getting taken advantage of when we are hunting our butts off and doing it right and other guys are taking advantage of "the lack of rules". Kinda leaves me with a bad attitude, but I agree with you if you don't hunt just because of that you are leaving the gate wide open and the ones we are talking about win automatically. Cheaters WIN...he called it off because of all the phone calls asking what he was going to do about people cheating. A good hunt was ruined due to cheaters.

I'm glad I called before I drove from Forney to sign in. I was told the contest was cancelled. That sucks, looks like the weather was going to be good. Now my wife will want me to stay home.
