 700 acre lease in Red River County with 4 bedroom cabin

I have 700 acres to lease near Clarksville TX. This a seasonal lease, September-February, not a year round lease. During this time you will have exclusive hunting, fishing, and camping rights to the property. Looking for minimum 4 people, maximum 6 people. 1500.00 per person. Non-hunting guest welcome to come camp. I am on the L.A.M.P.S. program and you will get 6 doe permits. You will be allowed to kill 6 bucks and 6 doe total. There are 4 box stands on the property, and you can bring other ladder, tripod, or climbing stands. Unlimited hog and varmint hunting. There is a 40x30 4 bedroom cabin with the lease. No electricity or running water, but it has lights run by a Honda generator that I will furnish. I will also furnish 100 gallons of propane for the stove and heaters. I don't mind some drinking around the camp after the hunt, but no alcohol or beer is to leave the camp area. For more information, or to see the property, call 903-249-4850

We had turkey until a couple years ago, then they disappeared. I don't know if it was disease or predators, but they just vanished. The reason for the season lease is, my father-in-law runs weight gain steers from March-August. Like most old school cattlemen, he thinks if you are shooting or riding around near his cows, you are scaring weight off them.

any game cam pictures, or past animals that have been harvested? Are you able to get in during the non hinting time to continue to feed?

It has been leased pending group approval. Should know for sure in a couple days. Would be glad to email pictures of cabin and some of deer killed here.
