If you're ever out Albany way, stop & eat at the Beehive, then drive west on 180 about 7-8 miles to see this huge piece of artwork in the pasture by the ranch gate.

There was a guy in Strawn that made sculptures like that. Dont know if he still lives there or not. He made some pretty cool stuff.

My cousin is the artist who made that and many other larger than life animals in the area. Deer Skulls, cow skulls, bulls, the dinosaur up in Boise City, OK, sunglasses, fishing hats, horny toads, you name it, he's made a bigger version of it! He even has pieces in some of the casinos in Vegas. Yes, he had a gallery in Albany for a while but I think he closed it. He's based out of Throckmorton.

I've seen the one in Throckmorton with the old truck with the huge metal catfish hanging over the top. Pretty cool aswell.
