I bought a jar of Holy Posole in a San Antonio HEB a few weeks ago to take to our lease. Found out it is made by Sharon Ely, the wife of my favorite musician, Joe Ely. It comes in a big jar and is an excellent soup to take to the lease, etc. I added some ground venison to the soup and made it ever better. Might want to try a jar of this tasty soup.

Posole is becoming popular with people who can't stomach menudo. Pun intended.
