I took the backstraps home with me and found them to be tasty but stringy. KT fixed them in the crockpot, long and low cooking.

we had ate alot of aoudad because people dont want the meat so we cook it for out hunters . well they love it. this is how i feel , ITS HOW YOU COOK IT. how do you cook it? SLOW , you dont throw it on the pit unless you wrap it and put some sauce on it . or do it like those cajuns do and make it into a brown gravy with some onions and green peppers
