if a horn is missing at the base can you purchase a replacement horn or a replica horn and how much do the horns go for. Going on a broke horn hunt and told one side is broken at the base thinking of maybe mounting

horns are available but you will have to shop around. The ranch you are going to may have some spare horns. Ebay sometimes has them or post on taxidermy.net. The cost will depend on how large the horn has to be, the condition thereof and of course the seller. Good luck on your hunt.

I'm thinking of casting one. With all the oryx hunts being sold so cheap and especially broken ones horns are kinda hard to find now. I have one that's 36" that I'm thinking of casting. Anybody done it?
