Looks like its listed on Craigs list for $60,000 not sure if its each or for all three. Do a search on the forum Bullet Head had them for sale last year as well.

$20000-$33000 an acre, bowhunting only? LOL, I'll pass.

Plus I am guessing some sort of annual maintanence fee or some fee along that line. I am sure there is some fine print about numbers of animals allowed and particulars.

It says that there are exotics available during the off-season and rifle is permitted.
In theory, a place like this could work real well, assuming there are enough stands to always accomodate all the owners and there's a good POA with restrictions in place. I imagine it's probably a first-come, first-served sort of deal with the stands but maybe each owner is assigned a stand....? Interesting concept really, but I'd rather hunt on my own deeded land and not on co-op land within the development.
As to cost, 5 acres for $120k isn't completely out of line...heck you can easily pay more than that for a 5 ac tract and NOT have any hunting opportunities.
