I'm in Lubbock, too, and would mind a heads up if you guys find something interesting. I don't want to step on any toes, though.

Here is one I found on texas hunting lease - looks like it was posted less than 2 weeks ago for Hall County.
Offering a yearly lease for the following species: whitetail deer, mule deer. The lease has 1,001 to 1,500 acres and is located in the Panhandle region in Hall county. The price is $1900 per year. This is family owned property with excellent mule and white tail deer. You will be hunting with our group of fellow hunters - some were friends before joining us and some became friends after joining us. Total of 2 guns open with total 7 guns hunting the ranch. Price is per gun and includes rifle and bow season for deer plus September dove and year round hog hunting but not quail or spring turkey. ............... Feeders are not necessary since we have several wheat fields, but the feeder must be run year round if you choose to install one. We have 4 feeders in place but you can add one of your choosing with pre-approval of the location. ............... Several stands (about 14 as of this date) are in place. We add a couple each year. All stands are for use of all members. You may also build stands of your choosing with advance approval of the location but all stands are for use by everyone in the group. ................ Cabin with electric, propane, water, kitchen area, sleeping quarters, shower room, lounge area with furnishings, and outhouse. The cabin has two sleeping areas and a shower room. You may also bring your own RV or trailer for your exclusive use and hook up to utilities in the camp. ................. This is excellent deer hunting in Hall County near Turkey, Texas about 30 minutes west of Childress. Father & son groups or groups of one or two friends are preferred as most of us are father & son groups or friends - not a co-ed camp so wives and daughters are not permitted during hunting season. No charge for the sons if, during deer season, they hunt only when you hunt AND their harvest counts as your harvest - separate harvest allowances require their own gun because we manage the land for good yield. .................. Generally, we have low hunting pressure and high results. Most of us hunt 1 or 2 weekends a year though some hunt more often. We have 2 openings. We do permit consumption of alcohol - not a partying group but we do like a beer after hunting. Non-drinkers welcome if our drinking does not bother you. .................. Please contact us if interested. We respond to all inquiries so if you do not get a response, please try again. .................. Listing updated on 2008-01-14

You have to be registerred on texashuntinglease to be able to get the number. It says they are a premium listing so you may be able to get that for free from there.

I'm not really sure that I could respect someone who wouldn't let me take my daughter. Sad. Really sad. Edited to add: notice that I did not say anything about the wife.
