Yessir.....
Gonna be on TV again this weekend! Getting to be an old pro with all this TV stuff! I'm gonna give Keith and the NUGE a run for their money.... even changed Networks too, just like Keith!
We did a youth deer hunt this past fall for some kids with the Waco Methodist Home, and of course it was filmed. We had a great time with those kids, and I was proud to have been part of "their story"!
Show times are scheduled for Saturday @ 8:30AM and Sunday @ 12:30PM on FOX SPORTS SOUTHWEST!
I'll be signing autographs next week....! HA!

I will be there at Academy to get 1 from ya!!! I will watch it and put a name with a face. Next time I am in Academy there in Waco, I will have to give you a shout!

Hope some of you guys got to see the show this morning. My hunting buddy Matt was breathing so hard when those first deer came up, I thought he was gonna scare them off! ! ! After he shot,and we were by the buck, he called his leader from the Methodist Home, using my phone! My gun was a 12 gauge Browning and we used just regular old lead sluggos.... but at 25 yards they were pretty deadly.
The other kid, A.J., could have taken his buck, but his guide, Bryan Carter, was not as experienced a deer hunter and didn't realize the ballistics of that gun.. he thought the buck was too far away!
The show will air again tomorrow, Sunday, at 12:30PM!

Watched it this morning! Love what yall did for those kids. I wish I could do the same but my lease agreement will not let me take anyone but my wife with me(I dont have kids). Next season, if yall need any help, just let me know. I woul dbe willing to help out with anything. See you at the store soon!

Yeah... it was a fantastic opportunity for those kids! I wished that they could've filmed this young girl who also took a MONSTER BODY, 7 pointer not too far from where Matt & I had setup.
Talk about the JIB-JAB..... Woo...Hoo!

There was allot of hair come flying off the otherside of that buck. Them slugs puch a hole!
Yes! A Weatherby does kill them deader.
