I would love to find some eyes for this Loricariid (armored catfish). I've searched Van Dykes and other online stores with no luck. Most have a ovular pupil. Please advise

Call VanDyke and ask for the paint department . They will do you up a custom eye. I get all my reptile eyes done through them and all of them are custom orders. If VanDyke won't for some reason Tohicken will.

That would be nice to build my own (its a personal project and I'm by no means a taxidermist), however I wouldn't know how to. I'll search the tutorials on taxidermy.net. Here's what I'm working with...It's a fish I caught back in college while interning with TPWD. I preserved and dried it.

For scale the pectoral fin is close to the length of a regular sharpie.
