Hey just wanted to pass along a recipe I threw together for some backstrap the other night.

-Took the meat and squeezed the blood out of it while running it under cool water.
-Put meat in a quart sized ziplock bag.
-Added a small amount of Dale's, Worcestershire, lil bit of A1 steak sauce, salt, and pepper (don't pour out when done!)
-Mashed it around pretty good for a few minutes
-Put meat on foil wrapped pan
-Take bacon and dip it in the marinate mixture left in the bag
-Wrap bacon around the meat and pour remaining marinade over the meat
-Cook for about 20 minutes on 350 degrees

This was the first time I had used this "recipe" and it was GREAT. The bacon really added a great flavor to the meat and the marinade added a great flavor to the bacon.

Let me know if you try it and like it.

Thanks for the recipe Bama, I tried this the other day and it tasted pretty good. I modified it a little, but it was very tasty.

I tell ya a great marinade for wild game, I use it for duck and deer, simply olive oil with your favorite spice.
