Ok..just want everybody to know that this is not a sour grapes story..i had a deal already in place with this lease in kimble county..made arrangements with john tuberville to meet to look at the property.i rearranged my schedule to make this happen..john tubberville told me he wanted me and my firefighter on his lease..told me this..first lease payment would be due june 1st1st second before the start of the season..i understand that whoever comes up with the money first is the one that gets the lease..john tubberville lied to me andcouple told me the lease was mine..The agreed price of 1000$the would be paid in two installments..1st of june and before hunting season..so beware of any deallings with worknonit..john tubberville

At no time did I say that the lease was his. We had plans to show the property on the 21st. However, the gentlemen who did take the spots contacted me before ggunn and therefore were able to arrange a showing before him. I believe that I informed ggunn about this, however he says otherwise. I am not going to get into a he said/she said debate with him.

I am sorry that ggunn thinks that I cheated and lied to him, such was never my intention. However, since the others had contacted me first, I gave them first crack at the lease. I regret that having to rearrange your schedule, ggunn, has caused you so much trouble. Again, I apologize for that. This, however, does not cover the scathing phone call I got while at work today nor the threats that accompanied your call. "I have a lot of friends on THF and I'll make sure you wont be able to do anything on THF again."?

Not a sour grapes story? Sure sounds like one to me.
Still, I wish Mr. Gunnells good luck in his search for a lease.
